A new 'letters' journal, Catalysis Communications, aims to provide rapid publication of important short papers across the broad spectrum of catalytic research covering homogeneous, heterogeneous and enzymatic catalysis. 'Letters' are intended as brief reports of significant, original and timely research results which warrant rapid publication. A feature of this journal will be the online release of articles before the printed version is despatched.
